About the Course
Innovation is most used business jargon of this new decade. The world is witnessing disruptive innovations all around. Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Uber, Airbnb, Caterpillar, Amazon to name a few have brought in huge disruptive changes in the way we live and to the global economy. But are innovations the exclusive preserve of only the big companies?
The course would demystify the the myth of innovation. Subsistence players in India too innovate. Their innovations are known as ‘jugaad’ in innovations parlance. How can we seed innovation? What should be innovated — product, process, strategy, service, delivery? Should one engage in incremental innovation or disruptive innovation? How does one build a team to foster innovation?
