About the Course

Innovation is most used  business jargon of this new decade. The world is witnessing disruptive innovations all around. Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Uber, Airbnb, Caterpillar, Amazon to name a few have  brought in huge disruptive changes in the way we live and to the global economy. But are innovations the exclusive preserve of only the big companies?

The course would demystify the the myth of innovation. Subsistence players in India too innovate. Their innovations are known as ‘jugaad’ in innovations parlance. How can we seed innovation? What should be innovated — product, process, strategy, service, delivery? Should one engage in incremental innovation or disruptive innovation? How does one build a team to foster innovation? How should one strategize for transformative innovations? The course is aimed at answering such questions and many more intriguing ones through an intensive classroom-cum-workshop session followed by strong project-based learning assignments.

Topics Covered: Fundamentals of Innovation, Sponsoring Innovation, Adoption of Innovations and Innovation Frameworks, Innovation Strategies, Building Teams for Innovation Engagements, Implementing Innovations.

Location: Currently offered in Visakhapatnam and Hyderabad.

Course Format: 50% classroom engagement-cum-workshop and 50% project-based learning (including peer learning, collaborative learning and practical assignments).

Class size: 30 participants per batch.

Instructors: Industry specialists with top notch professional and academic credentials; Specialists with deep hands-on experience in innovation.

Certification: A joint Certificate from LemonBridge and Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS).
