About the Course

The course is meant for those that want to get a flavor of what entrepreneurship entails before making their decision of becoming entrepreneurs. The focus of the course would be to demystify the current thinking around entrepreneurship and start ups and offer a no-holds barred insights into the way the start-up world works.

During the course the participant will be acquainted with the business plan and its finer elements, given insights into how to start a business with no capital or less capital, exposed to the various operational issues that characterize a startup and how to handle them seamlessly and offered advisory on how to protect their business secrets.

Duration: 30 days

Topics Covered: Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship, Analzying the Business Ecosystem, Writing Business Plan, Bootstrapping vs. Raising Finance, Cost Management,  Product Design and Development, Hiring Human Resources, Marketing Strategies, Harnessing Social and Digital Media, Managing Technology, Pricing Strategies, IPR.

Location: Currently offered in Visakhapatnam and Hyderabad.

Course Format: 40% classroom engagement and 60% project-based learning (including peer learning, collaborative learning and practical assignments).

Class size: 30 participants per batch.

Instructors: Industry specialists with top notch professional and academic credentials.

Certification: A joint Certificate from LemonBridge and Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS).
